Online synchronous/on presence
Projects work group
Integrating perspectives, narratives and manifestation
Thrusday 18 March - 16 September 2025, 14:30 - 16:00 CET/CEST | [ITA - ESP - ENG]
The Project Clinic provides a virtual collaborative and peer learning space designed to facilitate the transformation of ideas into tangible projects. Through an iterative process of research, conceptualisation, design and experimentation, participants will develop the skills and knowledge necessary to take their projects from concept to realisation.
Focus on iteration:
Emphasises the importance of iteration as a fundamental process of creation. This involves experimenting, testing, failing, learning and continually refining ideas and prototypes until a satisfactory outcome is achieved.
Thematic Axis:
- Research and conceptualisation: Finding the essence of the project, defining its purpose and scope, and building a solid theoretical framework.
- Narrative and Discourse Development: Creating a story around the project, articulating its message and communicating its value.
- Methodologies: Exploring different approaches and techniques for generating ideas, solving problems and shaping the project. Contextualisation and design: Situating your project in the current landscape and designing an effective action plan.
- Prototyping and materialisation: Bring your ideas to life through experimentation and prototyping.
Objectives: 1. to clearly define and articulate the vision and goals of the project; 2. to develop a realistic work plan and implementation strategies; 3. to acquire tools and knowledge to produce and materialise the project; 4. to create a network of support and collaboration with others; 5. to effectively iterate the project to relevant audiences.
Rquirements: current project idea or creative enquiry; submission of a letter of motivation; willingness to actively participate in the learning process; collaboration; personal production.
- We will be working via synchronous videoconference, where all participants can see and hear each other.
- Closed groups of max. 15 people at most, so that the dialogue and mutual knowledge can progress. It is therefore not possible to attend individual sessions.
- The study group cannot be attended in its entirety on a deferred basis, as it is expected that the participants will have an active presence and participatation.

A project is like a stone thrown into a pond. The ripples extend outward, affecting everything it touches.
A good designer understands this interconnectedness, anticipating the impact of their work and striving to create positive ripples.
