Group agreements for online activities

• These agreements promote a positive, collaborative and respectful learning environment during our online activities. We want to create a space where everyone feels comfortable sharing, learning and growing together.
  

• Active engagement: We are committed to active participation in online activities, including discussions, exercises and resource sharing.
  
• Punctuality: We are committed to being on time for all scheduled activities. If you cannot attend, please let the group know in advance.
  
• Technology: We will ensure that our technology is working properly to minimise disruption. If you experience technical problems, please let the facilitator know.
  
• Continuity of participation: In order to maintain group cohesion, we ask that participants remain in the group throughout the programme. If you need to leave for unforeseen reasons, please give one month's notice.
  

• Monthly fees: Monthly fees are due before the first class of the month. This ensures access to all class materials, links and recordings.
  
• Absences: Monthly fees are non-refundable for temporary absences due to travel or other reasons.
  
• Refunds: Cancellation with one month's notice will result in payment of the current month's fee and the cancellation will take effect the following month.
  
• Guests: If a guest wishes to attend, they must pay the applicable fee.
  

• Rescheduling: If a class is cancelled or rescheduled due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances, we will work together to find a suitable alternative time.
  

• Confidentiality: We respect the confidentiality of shared information and materials. Recordings and materials are for the exclusive use of group members and should not be shared outside the group.
  
• Respectful Communication: We commit to communicating respectfully with one another, valuing diverse perspectives, and creating a safe space for open dialogue.
  

• Communication Platform: We agree to use a Whatsapp group for communication outside of scheduled activities.
  
• Code of Conduct: We agree to abide by the Code of Conduct, which outlines acceptable behaviour and promotes a positive online environment.
  
• Feedback: We welcome constructive feedback to improve the group experience and address any concerns that arise.
  

• By joining this group, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the terms of this group agreement.
